Is Lumens legit?

Trustpilot 1.6/5 (145 reviews)
BBB A+ (not accredited)

Lumens is a legitimate, established design retailer (part of the FLOS B&B Italia group), but its unsolicited Trustpilot sample skews heavily toward complaints, mostly about return shipping costs on damaged items and slow customer service. Order with the returns policy read first; the products and the company are real.

Independent synthesis of third-party review platforms, checked July 2026. Small review samples skew toward complaints; we say so when it matters.
